How it works

Two things, running in the background

You keep doing the job. DialHello handles the follow-up so nothing slips through the cracks.

Missed call text-back

Your phone rings, you're under a sink or up a ladder, and you can't grab it. Within seconds, that customer gets a text saying you got their call and you'll be in touch. Most of them will just text back right there instead of calling the next guy on the list.

Review requested

Ask if they'd like a quick text to rate the job, mark it done, and confirm with a single reply. DialHello then sends a short text to your customer asking how it went, with a link to leave a Google review. If something wasn't right, their feedback goes straight to a private form instead of a public review. No spreadsheets, no reminders on your end — just one quick confirmation from you.

Why it matters

Every missed call is a customer calling someone else

Trade businesses run on the phone. When it goes to voicemail, most people just move to the next search result.

$126,000

An oft-cited estimate of what a trade business can lose in a year to missed-call business — real jobs that end up going to whoever else picks up.

85%

Roughly the share of callers who hit voicemail and don't call back — they just try the next business on the list.

3x

Businesses can see up to 3x more reviews when the ask happens right after the job, not weeks later.

FAQ

Questions we get a lot

No. Customers still call the number you already advertise. When a call is missed, the text-back comes from a dedicated DialHello number, not your main line — we'll let you know so you can explain that to customers if they ask.
That's fine. Most of our customers come from a scheduling tool or a CRM that doesn't handle missed calls or reviews well. DialHello runs alongside whatever you're already using — it just fills the gap.
Usually about 15 minutes on a call with us. We handle the setup — you just tell us how you want the texts to sound, and we wire up the review request to fire as soon as you confirm the customer's on board.
You get it right away, same as a normal text message. DialHello starts the conversation — the second a customer replies, it's just you and them from there.
The first text is short and simple, sent from your dedicated DialHello number on your business's behalf — it reads like a normal reply, not a bot script. Once someone responds, you're the one talking to them.
